Facilities Superintendents

In an effort to improve communication and responsiveness to our customers' needs, the Department of Facilities is piloting a program to place more power and responsibility in the hands of on site managers.

These "Superintendents" will be the main source of contact for a building capable of coordinating efforts accross Facilities teams and providing the building residents with timely and accurate resolution to issues.
