Physical Plant maintains all the buildings and building
systems in the Central and Science Areas.
As you might expect at an institution as large as Yale, numerous requests
for services are received each day. All of these requests are assigned
a priority by the professionals in Physical Plant according to the following guidelines.
| Emergencies |
Repairs that are required to protect life or prevent
extensive property damage. These requests receive
immediate response.

Repairs which are require prompt attention to prevent interference with
