- Daily routine cleaning service
- Trash removal from buildings to collection sites
- Recycling
- Hard floor surface maintenance
- Carpet care
- Seasonal cleaning of Masters' and Officers' houses
- Seasonal cleaning of Deans' and Fellows' suites
- Seasonal cleaning of student dormitory rooms in Residential Colleges
- Housing Programs such as: Commencement Housing, Reunions, opening of school groups, Summer Conferences and Programs
- Providing the Residential Colleges dormitory furniture
- Pest Control
