Building Description:

Was completed in 1982 from designs created by Roth and Moore, architects. The post-modern building is clad with brick panes, exposed concrete framing, and limestone trim. It was built as a repository for government documents. It now houses other archived general periodical reading material. This three-story rectangular building is conservative modern, with concrete and brick veneer panels located between beams to form the facade. [38 Mansfield Street]
